Placement Terms:
• EduVate India would refer suitable candidates based on the requirements and specifications given by the Client from time to time for various skill sets and levels.
• We can share profiles for School Teachers (PGT & TGT), Faculties for JEE Mains & Advanced, NEET & MHCET within the salary range of 6 lpa to 60 lpa and above as per the client requirement.
• Any resume/candidate, which has been sent by us & approved by the client, would be considered through EduVate , if recruited within next twelve months.
• This Agreement is valid for three years and is terminable by either party by giving one month's notice, in writing, before the end of the contract period.
Professional Charges:
• We would charge a Professional search fee of 8.33% of the CTC offered to the candidate plus Taxes as applicable.
Payment:
• WE will invoice the client on the 15th day after joining the candidate. The client will ensure payment to SKILL DESK within 15 days from the receipt of Invoice.
• SKILL DESK will provide replacement if the candidate leaves the system within 60 days of his joining without any extra cost.
Ownership of Profiles:
• Candidate profiles submitted to the Client shall remain the property of Eduvate India for the period of twelve months from the date of sending the profiles with the client.
Period of Agreement:
• This agreement for the service of recruitment consultancy will be in force for a period of three year from the date of signing. This agreement, if mutually agreed upon by the parties, shall be automatically renewed for the next 3 years, if not terminated three months before the expiry of this agreement by either party in writing.
Services and Validity of Resumes
• Once the candidate referred and directed by consultant has been rejected and subsequently if the same candidate has been reconsidered and selected, within the period of 12 months from the date of providing the CV with the client then the client shall be liable to pay above mentioned service charges
Termination:
• This agreement may be terminated after the completion of the period of agreement, by giving not less than one month advance notice by either party in writing addressed to the other party and agreed to by the other party before the expiry of the agreement.
Dispute Resolution :
In case of any dispute between the parties, first it shall be solved by both the parties in good faith otherwise the dispute shall be solved under the jurisdiction of Kota Court.
